The Foundation That Builds Everything Else
Manick Bhan · Matt Bailey · Jonathan Duque · All founding members
Kickoff Agentic Websites Setup

“This foundation that we started today is the thing that builds everything else. In two months you’ll be doing things at a level far beyond what you’d expect. This is how we run all our campaigns now — all of our team are kind of engineers now. If you’re doing it in the UI versus agentically, you just won’t be able to keep up.”

— Manick Bhan, closing the founding kickoff
What Was Covered

Session Focus

  • Manick set the foundation for the entire AMM program, covering how to launch agentic websites for agencies and personal brands.
  • Introduction to the agentic workflow: building with Claude Code as the primary interface rather than platform UIs.
  • Why agencies that operate agentically will outpace those that don’t — velocity, scale, and quality gaps are compounding.
  • Overview of Search Atlas MCP and how it connects to agentic builds from day one.

Attribution Reports and Client-Facing Dashboards
Matt Bailey · Justin Day · Bryan Fikes · Clayton Joyner · Michael Vassar · JD
Analytics Client Reporting SOPs
Member Wins
Clayton Joyner
Built an HTML attribution report from a client’s HubSpot export using Atlas Brain. Surfaced over $1.1M in untracked attribution the client didn’t know existed. Claimed 48× ROAS from SEO.
Justin Day
Posted a structured SOP document to Circle breaking down the previous session into numbered steps for team use.

JD’s Live Dashboard Upgrade Suggestion

  • Take any HTML report → use Claude to build a localhost version so it syncs with live data in real time.
  • Open in browser — it continuously refreshes. No manual updates.

“That blind spot is powerful. I love that highlight right there.”

— Matt Bailey, on the $1.1M untracked attribution discovery

Key Insight — Role-Framing Claude

  • Framing Claude explicitly as a domain expert dramatically improves output quality.
  • Example from Clayton’s session: “You are a HubSpot expert specializing in revenue attribution, providing a client-facing report on behalf of [Agency].” The role context shapes the entire output format and tone.

File Structure Is the Root Cause
Matt Bailey · Justin Day · Bryan Fikes · JD (screen share)
Setup File Structure Workflows
Context: Homework from Manick — build satellite sites and ensure your main site is bulletproof. This session diagnosed the #1 root cause of issues across the group.
Member Updates
Bryan Fikes
Switched to building sites as raw HTML/CSS via Claude Code. Zero hiccups. Now his approach for all multi-page builds.
Justin Day
Website Studio working well for single location landing pages — 3 prompts, done.
Key Session Demo

JD’s File Structure Deep-Dive (screen share)

  • Your root directory (the folder you created at setup) is sacred. Every project lives inside it.
  • For new client projects: create a subfolder → open Claude → start working. For quick tasks: stay in root.
  • Always check your folder path. File structure is the most common root cause of push failures — not Claude, not the MCP.
  • SA is building vault-level architecture directly into the platform.

Post-Session Learning Loop (Justin Day)

  • After every work session, have Claude review what happened: what went wrong, what improved, whether file integrity is intact.
  • Claude adds insights to memory and gets better at your workflow over time.

Other Key Points

  • Ask Claude to “list your MCP workflows” — SA has pre-built playbooks you can trigger directly.
  • Google Drive integration: segment your Drive the same way you segment image galleries. MCP reads and uploads directly.

Speed Builds Design Components Client Workflows

“I had the idea in the car, I had it up and ready within three hours.”

— Bryan Fikes, on AICashMaker.com
Member Wins
Bryan Fikes
Built two full sites in three hours each — one an AI income guide directory, the other a gamified reward app for his son. Both live.
Justin Day
Demoed an intake-to-output pipeline that feeds client information directly from onboarding into the SA workflow for richer, more specific output.
Clayton Joyner
Outlined his agency management system vision — a production layer and client portal that don’t yet exist as a single product.
Key Session Demo

JD’s Design Component Demo

  • JD shared open-source UI component libraries with industry-specific templates. Copying a design prompt and asking Claude to regenerate gets you ~95% of the result instantly — eliminating “what should this look like?” as a bottleneck.
  • Bryan tested it on a client site: five-minute project, client loved it.

Main Presentation

Key Discussion — Design Framework

  • Copy first, design second: write all content before any design begins. Reduces client revisions by 93%.
  • Design style categories — Medical/Professional · Luxury · Playful · High Fashion — each with preset direction. Eliminates design paralysis.
  • Multi-agent ad pipeline concept: research → codify → copy → compliance guard → split tests → region dialect awareness.

Patterns

Seven things that keep coming up.
Read these before your first session.

01
File Structure = Root Cause
Almost every platform push failure traces back to a wrong directory. Check your folder path before anything else.
02
Copy Before Design
Write all content before design begins. Unlocks parallel work and dramatically reduces client revision cycles.
03
Google Drive Integration
Give SA tools MCP access to your Google Drive. Segment it the same way you segment your galleries or client deliverables — the platform reads and uploads directly.
04
Satellite Site Strategy
Manick’s ongoing homework: build review-style directories and third-party authority sites that link to your primary. Depth-1 and depth-2 pages set the domain’s quality score.
05
Post-Session Learning Loop
After every work session, have Claude review the session log, flag what went wrong, and add insights to memory. Your AI gets better at your workflow over time.
06
Role-Frame Claude Explicitly
“You are a [domain expert] providing a [output type] on behalf of [client].” The role context shapes format, tone, and depth of output.
07
SA MCP Playbooks
Ask Claude to “list your MCP workflows.” SA has pre-built playbooks you can trigger directly from Claude Code without building from scratch.
